Surrounded by her loved ones, Sheila Cadarette (née Thompson) passed away peacefully at home on April 25, 2025, at the age of 78. She was the beloved wife of Mr. Richard Cadarette and the daughter of the late Alfred Thompson and the late Gladys Stone.

Besides her devoted husband and best friend, Sheila is survived by her cherished sons: Scott (Nancy) and Brent (Virginia); her four adored granddaughters: Sabrina (Tommy), Cassidy (Tyler), Krystal, and Kayla; her loving sister Margaret (late Robert); her nieces: Veronica and Diana; and many other beloved family members. Her faithful companions, her pets Luna and Stella, brought her great comfort and joy.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the nurses at the CLSC for their compassionate care and support, especially to Emilie Talbot, whose unwavering presence was a great comfort throughout Sheila’s journey.

Cremation was held in Granby at Les Jardins Funéraires Bessette Crematorium.

As per Sheila’s wishes, a private service will be held at a later date.
