Russell Lawrence passed away peacefully, in his 97th year, at the BMP Hospital, on June 24, 2025. He.

 leaves to mourn his wife Catherine McKerrell; his children, Jocelyne (Daniel St-Germain), Jacqueline, the late Anthony (Ginette Petit); his grandchildren, Ashley (Justin Sturtevant), Sarah, Jesse (Amanda Buchanan) and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Parker, Sadie and Isla, as well as other family and friends. 

Predeceased by Edgar, Violet, Ethel, Edna and Helen.

The family will receive condolences at Les Residences et Jardins Funeraires Bessette in Waterloo on Friday, July 11, 2025.  Visitation begins at 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., followed by a service in the chapel.
