At the CHSLD in Magog, on August 31, 2025, at the age of 87, Mr. George Young Jr. passed away. He was the beloved partner of Mrs. Nicole Lessard and resided in Stukely-Sud.

He was the proud father of : the late Loretta, Carole (Réal), and Lyne (Jiany). He also leaves behind his grandchildren: François, Karine, Francis, Maxime, Gabrielle, Thomas, and Maxine; his great-grandchildren; his sister-in-law Lise; as well as other relatives and friends.

The family wishes to thank the staff of the RPA Les Jardins de Magog for the excellent care provided.

Cremation was held at Les Jardins Funéraires Bessette Crematorium.

The family will receive condolences at LES RÉSIDENCES ET JARDINS FUNÉRAIRES BESSETTE DE WATERLOO on Saturday, September 20, 2025, starting at 1:00 p.m., followed by a ceremony at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will follow at the Waterloo cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson Québec or the Alzheimer Society of Québec would be appreciated.
